Commercial Condition Report is based on an exterior inspection (interior
inspections are also available upon request for an additional fee).
This report does not provide a value for the subject property. The Commercial
Condition Report is only designed to describe the quality and condition
of the subject property and to assess the general characteristics of the
commercial market in which the subject property is located. The purpose
of this report is to establish whether the subject property is in average
marketable condition. It is typically utilized when the client already has
a previous appraisal, but that appraisal is dated and a new appraisal is
not needed per OCC regulations. This report typically contains a subject
front, rear (when possible) and street scene (in both directions) photographs. |
